FOR EVERY OCCASION
All hog roasts will be with one of our own free range pigs, roasted to perfection. The hog roaster cooks the pig slowly, and gives a mouth watering and tender pork sandwich for you and your guests.
We cover the following areas :
Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Malton, Pickering, and most places in between.
We can travel further away, but there will be extra charges for mileage. Please contact us for an individual quote.
Self Service option – We can supply the hog roaster with free range pig, delivered to you either uncooked, to cook on site, or cooked off site ready for you to eat. You will be shown how to operate the hog roaster and given basic carving instructions. It is very easy to operate and carve, the meat will just fall off the bone. We can also supply bread buns, apple sauce, and sage and onion stuffing, at an extra cost. You will be responsible for the cleaning of the machine.
Full Service Option – We will arrive at your function with the cooked free range pig, bread buns, apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. We will carve and serve the sandwiches to you and your guests, on polystyrene plates with napkins. We are responsible for the cleaning of the equipment afterwards. Further options available for salads, coleslaws, and potato salads.
